CANOPY TOPS

The canopy tops are designed for durability and longevity. We warrant the canopy tops against any defects in materials that may affect their performance or structural integrity. This includes issues such as seam failures, tears under normal usage conditions.

AIR VAULT INTERNAL ZIPPERS

The Air vault internal zippers are crucial components, providing ease of setup and stability. We guarantee that these zippers will function properly and be free from defects that may impair their performance. This includes issues such as zipper breakage, malfunctioning sliders, or stitching defects.

COMMERCIAL GRADE FRAMES

Our frames are covered. We guarantee that the frames will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues such as weld defects, structural failures, or other manufacturing defects.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The warranty period extends for a duration of 5 years, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

CLAIMS PROCESS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In the event of a warranty claim, customers are required to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to provide photographs or other documentation to support their claim. Vision Canopy reserves the right to repair or replace any defective parts or products covered under warranty at its discretion.
